Toshiba pizza rolls in air fryer
If the butter is used, add it to warm milk (or warm water) and stir to melt. (If ordinary oil is used, pour it in)
Add yeast, eggs, sugar and salt, and mix well.
Add flour, stir it with a scraper until there is no dry powder, and then knead it into a ball by hand. The surface need not be particularly smooth.
Cover with plastic wrap, put it in a warm place, and ferment to twice the size (about 1-2 hours).
When waiting for fermentation, you can fry the raw vegetables/meat and break it. Squeeze out the water with canned tuna for standby.
Take out the fermented dough and knead it to exhaust, then roll it into a square with a length of 36 cm and a width of about 32 cm.
(If you plan to cut it into 9 pieces, you can roll it longer on the long side.)
Spread the pizza sauce and leave some distance on the top edge
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
According to personal preferences, lay sausage slices, tuna, or other meat dishes, and finally, flatten them by hand. (Do not lay too thick)
Roll up slowly from bottom to top, from left to right. Then, cut into 6-9 pieces evenly. (The number of pieces to be cut depends on the size of your air fryer. The square is recommended to be cut into 9 pieces, and the round is 6-8 pieces according to the size.
I only cut 5 pieces because I want to eat large pieces)
Toshiba air frying pan is covered with oil paper. The oil paper is larger, and the edge can be higher so that it can be pulled out from the back. Oil paper can be perforated!
Then put the small roll in upright. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 30-45 minutes. (If time is tight, this step can shorten the time)
Take off the plastic wrap, and the air fryer does not need to be preheated, 165 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit), and push for 12 minutes.
Open it, shake the pan, slowly draw out the oil paper, and then turn the pizza rollover. (If your pizza rolls are too many to stick together, you can turn them upside down with the help of a plate or chopping board)
Push forward again for 8-10 minutes.
Out of the pot! Let it cool down a little and eat it!
