Great, real-life examples of celebrating the now and appreciating every day! The reflection questions were good too. I really enjoyed considering how to incorporate the lessons learned, and reflection question topics, into daily life. A great book to read around the holidays (or give as a gift!), to remind ourselves to pause and really appreciate the important things.
