Patek Philippe Nautilus Vintage Tiffany & Co. Steel Black Dial 3700/11
The reference 3700 is an original version of the full-sized Patek Philippe Nautilus produced between 1976 and 1990, and unlike modern versions of the model, the vintage Nautilus 3700 is a two-hand watch without any type of running seconds indicator. Furthermore, while the Patek Philippe Nautilus 3700 had a fairly long production run, the Nautilus itself was not as popular during this time, with Patek Philippe producing significantly fewer reference 3700s than later versions of the Nautilus (such as the reference 5711).
